Our Mission

We are building a global staffing company that puts people first — sharing profits with the workers who power it, and using software to scale to every country and every industry.

The Problem

The way the world hires people is fundamentally broken — at massive scale. Globally, the staffing and flexible workforce market exceeds $600 billion and continues to grow every year, driven by hospitality, logistics, retail, healthcare, and events. In the United States alone, the staffing market surpasses $200 billion annually, with millions of workers deployed every single day.

At the same time, work itself has changed. Tens of millions of people now choose flexible, shift-based, or gig work. They value autonomy, speed, and control — and this shift is permanent. The demand for flexible labor is growing faster than traditional employment structures can keep up.

Yet hiring still runs on outdated systems. In core service industries, 70–80% of employees leave within a year, forcing companies into a constant cycle of rehiring, last-minute coordination, no-shows, and operational risk. Wages have risen, but retention, reliability, and workforce quality have not. Workers are treated as interchangeable resources, while companies struggle with fragmented platforms that optimize for speed — not people.

The result is a global inefficiency: businesses need reliable teams at scale, and people want flexible work with fairness, continuity, and respect. Fixing this requires rethinking hiring from the ground up — with people, not positions, at the center.

Our Approach

We believe that when we win, our workers should win. To that end, we will share the profits of our business with the people who work for us. Over time, as our employees work with us more, we will share with them more; our success will become their success. We want to create a flywheel where we are the best place in the world to find meaningful, flexible work — which will in turn help us find the best workers and offer their services at the best price.

Scaling such an agency to serve every country and every industry used to be virtually impossible because the legal and administrative costs were too high. Some subscription software could help with some of the bookkeeping, but dealing with fragmentation across industries, regional markets, and local laws was virtually impossible; humans alone could not keep up with the pace of change and complexity.

Now, however, we live in an era of abundant software and abundant intelligence. Now we can build tools that will adapt to every market, to every workplace, to every employee. As the demand for blue-collar work grows faster than it ever has before, now is the time to meet that demand with a business that is both software first and people first.

Looking Ahead

Once we succeed, we will employ an increasingly large percent of the world's population, and we will create a thriving middle class for the entire globe.

If you are excited by this mission, we invite you to join us.
